Tuvan dalgan
Dalgan, a kind of lepyoshka (flatbread). Tuvan cuisine. Looks like a biscuit, but it is very filling, like bread. Very tasty. We prepared it to celebrate Shagaa – new lunar year, a big tradition for the Siberian Tuvans, which took place on 11th/12th of February this year.
