Hebrew calligraphy
Hi there! I recently decided to try learning some ancient language. My choice fell on biblical Hebrew. Why? It’s foreign enough to me to be interesting, it is related to living languages enough not to be entirely impractical, and I recently went through a phase of personal religious revision and changes, thus this was on point for me. I am not Jewish, but it is an interesting language.
I used Mrs Riva Brown’s YouTube tutorial on calligraphy and with my Faber-Castell Pitt Artist Pen calligraphy black 199*** pen I achieved the result you see on the photo above.
I found it to be relaxing. Perhaps I will try calligraphy with other languages too in some point.
