Polish Constitution day

Poland declared its Constitution on the 3rd of May 1791, making it the first constitution of its type in Europe, and the second oldest in the world, after the American one which was ratified on 21st of June 1788. Today, on 3rd of May, we Poles celebrate the day… the photo above I took on the 1st of May. I suppose it fits 3rd of May more, and I suppose the person in there was preparing for the 3rd? Sometimes, quite originally. Or, perhaps this was the person’s hobby!
If I’m not mistaken, this is Fiat 126p, nicknamed “maluch” (‘little kid’). These things were popular in the gone past and now have a certain cultural status.
